Choosing the correct size 

We always advise measuring your dogs neck and chest before ordering. We also have a size chart available which is breed specific but we strongly advise measuring before ordering as breeds can vary in weight and size.

 

Do you offer warranty with your items?

We do not offer warranty on our items as wear and tear on each item can be different depending on the dog and their activities. Although our items are made with quality in mind we cannot be held responsible for dogs who excessively pull or rub. We will however always replace any faulty items.

Returns, exchanges and refunds 

We offer returns within 14 days of purchase providing the items are in the original condition, have all the labels attached and are returned in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange for a different size please create a return through out returns portal and drop us a message and request the new size.

If you wish to return your items and would like a refund please create a return on our portal and once we receive the items your refund will be processed within 2-4 days.

Who will deliver my items and how much is shipping within the UK?

We currently use Royal Mail to send out all of our items, we send all of our items standard mail which is free to our customers. Although we cannot guarantee a delivery date, we have been advised that orders will be with you within 2 working days. Orders placed after 4.30pm will be processed the next day.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship worldwide. For international orders, delivery will vary depending on where you are in the World. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or DHL express so you can keep an eye on the progress of your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to update after dispatch. 

For EU countries, there is a delivery aim of 5-7 working days. 

For remaining worldwide countries, the delivery aim is 7-10 working days.
